Claire Schreiber
Family Camp Director
I am excited to return to my role as Family Camp Director in 2022. I spent my first summer on the shores in 2006 and have tried to find ways to stay connected with Wyonegonic ever since – whether working as a cabin counselor, Senior Program Director, assisting with the American Red Cross Water Safety Clinic or even helping out in the office! I met my husband, Brem, while working at Wyonegonic and Winona. We’ve enjoyed sharing the magic of camp with our future campers, Caroline (8), Gus (5 1/2) and now Alice (born last October). We reside in Brunswick, Maine. Brem works as a school administrator, and I work for a variety of companies, the most important of which is the Schreiber-Stoner household! In my free time I volunteer as a Master Food Preserver with the local Cooperative Extension, enjoy playing piano (albeit badly), reading, cooking, taking walks and trying not to kill the plants in my garden. Like so many of us, family camp offers us a chance to reconnect as a family and enjoy one last hurrah during the fleeting days of summer. I am so looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones as we welcome our Family Campers back to Wyonegonic this August!
